We want you and your Vessis to be together forever. That's why we’re pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on any shoe defects, and a 6-month warranty on accessory and apparel defects.

Keep in mind that we don't cover issues caused by modifying, exposing your Vessis to harsh chemicals, or if the defect has been caused by excessive wear and tear. Also, this policy only applies to purchases made on vessi.com, Vessi stores and retailers part of our wholesale program.

That said, if you think your Vessis are acting up please don't hesitate to reach and let us know. We’re more than happy to reach out and see what we can do for you!

How to Measure

Step 1: Step on a piece of paper with you heel slightly touching a wall behind

Step 2: Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper and measure from the wall to the marking.

Step 3: Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements with our size chart to get the right size.
