Unlike other waterproof materials, our technology is directly integrated into the knit. It's engineered with thousands of nano-sized pores small enough to keep water out while letting sweat and heat escape.

No harsh chemicals, coatings, or sprays here!

We're always launching new styles and colours! Core shades are available year-round with restocks happening every 3-5 weeks. Limited edition colours, however, are only available while supplies last.

Vessi shoes come in whole sizes only. Our flexible, form-fitting knit conforms to your feet for a personalized fit, even if in between sizes.

If you're a half size, we recommend choosing your most common whole US size.

Vessi shoes aren't certified as non-slip. That said, all our collections are designed with a rubber Herringbone pattern on the tread to help with traction.

You bet! Our shoes are unisex with slight width differences between men's and women's sizes.

Men's collections are 1-2 mm wider than women's. So, if you're normally a women's 9, you would be a men's 8 and vice versa.

For those looking for a wider option, we recommend choosing from the men's collection for the best fit.

Up to you! Our patented Dyma-tex® knit material is super breathable and soft to the touch, so whether or not you choose to wear socks is personal preference.

That said, wearing socks can help wick moisture and heat away from your feet, which can improve comfort and prevent early wear.

Lucky for you, we carry Ankle, Crew, Mid Crew and No Show socks specifically designed for Vessi shoes

Sure thing! Our insoles are removable to accommodate custom insoles and orthotics.

You get to customize fit, comfort, and support to your liking.

We recommend frequent hand washing for the best results.

1) Gently remove loose dirt using a dry, soft-bristled shoe brush, cloth, or sponge. Remove laces and wash separately by hand in a mixture of warm water and baking soda

2) Spot treat by putting a small amount of baking soda directly on the affected area. Spritz white vinegar on it, or dab it on with a cloth. Using the cloth, gently wipe in circular motions to get into the small grooves of the knit material

3) Rinse the affected area with cold water, and repeat as needed until clean.

4) Air dry your shoes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat source like a radiator

The Weekend Sneaker collection is our only machine-washable line. Follow the below steps for the best results:

1) Remove insoles and laces

2) Machine wash cold, not hot

3) Wash on their own and not with other items

4) Do not tumble dry. Vessis are air-dry only

A note on lighter colours: If dirt or mud is left on for too long, it’s more likely to leave a mark. The quicker you can give your Vessis a rinse, the easier it’ll be to keep them looking fresh.

No PFAs or harsh chemicals here! Our Dyma-tex® technology is 100% waterproof thanks to how the knit is engineered, not because of any chemical sprays or coatings.

Vessi shoes don't contain latex, but our gloves have latex in the grip. The midsoles of our shoes are made out of lightweight EVA and outsoles are made of rubber.

Given how similar the chemical composition of these materials is to latex, those with a latex allergy might find Vessis can cause an unwanted reaction.

At Vessi, we’re doing our best to make our shoes as good for the planet as they are for your feet. We're constantly evaluating new practices to help lower our carbon footprint.

Here are a few mindful manufacturing practices we've adopted so far:

  • Lifelong waterproofing without harsh chemical coatings.
  • Less amount of raw materials.
  • Recyclable packaging.
  • 100% vegan materials.

To qualify, you must share Vessi through the link provided at checkout with at least one friend. Valid for purchases made between November 1st, 2022 at 12:00 AM PST and November 30th, 2022 at 11:59 PM PST. Submissions collected daily, one per day per order. Valid only on original online store purchases from vessi.com or vessi.ca. One winner is chosen via random draw daily and is notified of their win via email the day after their submission. Winner will receive a refund for the first order placed on the same day they submitted their entry. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days approximately.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order is a product that can be purchased before it arrives at our warehouse. This allows you to reserve a unit and make sure you don't ever miss out.

We will always provide an estimated shipping date for every pre-order item (you'll find it right above the "add to cart" button). While we do our very best to make sure your order is shipped on or before this date, sometimes things can take a little longer than expected due to supply chain issues.

As soon as we have your pre-order in stock and ready to go we'll move it into the processing stage. From there it can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to ship out.

You'll be charged the full price upon placing your order. This is done to secure your reservation

Sure thing! Just like with any other Vessi order, cancellations and edits (pre-shipment) are possible.

Return & Exchanges

Your Vessis didn't work out like you hoped they would? No problem. We're happy to accept returns within 90 days from the delivery date, shipping on us. 

Here's how to ensure a smooth return/exchange:

  • Your shoes should be in their original box as well as unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Returns without the original shoebox (or if damaged) may be charged a $5 reboxing fee.
  • Due to sanitory issues laces, face masks, and socks can not be exchanged or returned.
  • Free returns/exchanges do not apply to orders outside North America. Shipping fees apply.
  • Some shoes marked as final sale may be ineligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The shoebox must be clear of tape and additional writing.

While we pride ourselves on creating long-lasting, high quality products, manufacturing defects can unfortunately occur.  

We want you and your Vessis to be together forever. That's why we’re pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on any shoe defects, and a 6-month warranty on accessory and apparel defects.

We do not, however, cover issues caused by:

  • Self-alterations 
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals 
  • Excessive wear and tear.

Items marked with Final Sale will not be eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit, but are still covered under our limited warranty. This includes shoelaces, face masks, socks, gift cards and Last Chance items.

Certain promotional items may be marked exchange only and are not eligible for returns, but may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be returned to you in the form of store credit. If the item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference in store.

Valid for use between December 6th, 2022 - January 31st, 2023 on orders over $80 excluding items on pre-order. Items purchased with gift certificates will be considered a final sale and cannot be returned, can only be exchanged. Gift Certificates cannot be combined with discount codes, redeemed for cash, gift cards or refunded. Gift certificates cannot be combined and can only be used once. Gift Certificate will automatically be cancelled if a refund is made on the original purchase. Valid only on original online store purchased from. (.com or .ca) Unused gift certificates will automatically be cancelled on January 31st, 2023. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase Gift cards. Cannot be used on shipping fees. Shipping & Tracking

Your order can take 3-5 business days to process at the warehouse. Once processing is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

Order's shipped to the United States over $110 and over $150 internationally (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free shipping! 

Shipping costs for orders under $110 (in the US) and $150 (internationally) will vary based on product weight, units, and shipping location.

Keep in mind, while we do our best to provide the most accurate shipping estimates possible, they are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to high volumes of orders, unforeseen delays on the couriers, and busy holiday seasons. Delivery times also don't include the 1-3 business days for processing your order.
