Returns are pending until inspected by our team.

  1. Ensure your items are unworn, undamaged. All tags must be on apparel and accessories, shoes must be in the original box.
  2. Click below, enter your order number and zip code.
  3. Select the item you want to return or exchange.
  4. Print the shipping return label and mail your order.
  5. After inspection, we’ll send your exchange or refund back to your original payment. Allow 7-10 business days to process.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery! Your Vessis must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging in order to be returned or exchanged. A couple of things to note: some items purchased with our promotional sales are non-refundable. While some are only valid for size exchanges only, others can not be returned at all - reach out to our Customer Service team for more info on this. Accessories and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. You can learn more of our terms and conditions on our faq here.

How long will my return or exchange take?

You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed and passes inspection. Please allow 7-10 business days once we get the items to be refunded, as long as it follows our return policy.

The Portal Won't Accept My Order Number

If you're looking to send back something you already exchanged, the order number you should enter will look like this: EXC-12345-1. If it's the first time returning a specific purchase, the order number the portal will request will be fully numerical, no letters or symbols. If you're looking at the packing slip you found in your box, you might see an order number starting with 'SO'. Be sure to enter the number on the right instead!
