How to measure your foot

How to measure your foot

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor. Stand on it with your heel against a wall.

  2. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.

  3. Measure the distance in cm. Find your size in the table above.

  4. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement. Feet often differ slightly in size.

Your Vessis not working out exactly how you hoped they would? No problem. We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

Here's how to ensure a smooth return/exchange:

  • Your items are unworn, undamaged. All tags must be on apparel and accessories, shoes must be in the original box.
  • Returns without the original shoebox (or if damaged) may be charged a $5 reboxing fee.
  • Due to sanitary issues laces, face masks, and socks can not be exchanged or returned.
  • Free returns/exchanges do not apply to orders outside North America. Shipping fees apply.
  • Some shoes marked as final sale may be ineligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The shoebox must be clear of tape and additional writing.

Terms and Conditions

  • Returns that are worn, stained, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Rejected returns are not eligible for a refund and will not be returned. 
  • Requests submitted after 30-day period will not be accepted.
  • An exchange request doesn't guarantee the product. If it's unavailable, we'll let you know.
  • Returns without original shoebox or damaged packaging may incur an additional $5 restocking fee. Please do not tape or write on box.
  • Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable nor exchangeable
  • Orders from countries outside North America will be responsible for any additional shipping and duty fees.
  • After an exchange is made twice on the same order, the third order will be considered a final sale. This means no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Most Vessi shoes come in whole sizes only — the stretchy knit upper conforms to your foot for a personalized fit. Half sizes are available on the Weekend Neo, Weekend Slip-On, Motu Sneaker, Pacific Sneaker, Tidal Sneaker, Uptown Chelsea and Market Flat.

Step 1: Step on a piece of paper with you heel slightly touching a wall behind

Step 2: Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper and measure from the wall to the marking.

Step 3: Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements with our size chart to get the right size.
