How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will vary based on product, units, and shipping location. Please refer to the checkout page in your shopping cart for a more accurate fee.
How does shipping work?
Once your order is placed, it will be processed by one of our warehouses in Caledon (ON) or Redlands (CA). This can take anywhere from 1 to 4 business days, not including weekends or Canadian/US holidays.
From there it will be picked up by the shipping company assigned to your order, and your Vessis will begin making their way to their new home. The exact delivery time from this point will vary depending on your location, and the delivery option you selected.
Once your order officially ships you’ll receive an automated email letting you know they’re on the way, as well as a tracking number you can use to follow along. Keep in mind that tracking numbers can take a day or two to activate once scanned into the courier’s system, so you might not see any movement right away.
Last step is to wait eagerly by the door for the mail to arrive - but that’s the best part! Good luck to you and your new Vessis, we know it’ll be love at first sight.
Taxes and Duties
The prices shown on the website do not include applicable taxes, duties or shipping fees.
Depending where your shipping location is, your country’s customs office may impose import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes. For all orders all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival.
