Free Returns in North America!
We're happy to accept returns that are in brand new, original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery—and we'll pay for shipping!
Holiday Returns & exchanges policy
Eligible items (not final sale) purchased from November 5 to December 16, can now be returned or exchanged until January 16, 2026.
Final Sale Items
Items marked with Final Sale will not be eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit, but are still covered under our limited warranty. This includes shoelaces, face masks, socks, gift cards and Last Chance items.
Certain promotional items may be marked exchange only and are not eligible for returns, but may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be returned to you in the form of store credit. If the item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference in store.

Terms and Conditions
- Returns that are worn, stained, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Rejected returns are not eligible for a refund and will not be returned.
- Requests submitted after 30-day period will not be accepted.
- Returns without original shoebox or damaged packaging will incur an additional $5 restocking fee. Please do not tape or write on box.
- Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.
- Orders from countries outside North America will be responsible for any additional shipping and duty fees.
- After an exchange is made twice on the same order, the third order will be considered a final sale. This means no returns or exchanges are allowed.
- For transactions that include a gift with minimum purchase, refunds will be issued on eligible product less the value of the gift if the gift-with-purchase item is retained.
