All purchases made at vessi.com or at Vessi operated retail locations are subject to the terms and conditions of the sale. Prices, product availability, and offers are subject to change without notice. Promotions are limited-time only and may not be combined or stacked with other offers or discount codes - only the best available offer will apply at checkout. Final sale items are clearly marked and are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns on eligible items must be made within 30 days with proof of purchase, and items must be unused and in original packaging. If a return is made on part of a bundled promotion (e.g., 1 of 3 items), the refund will be adjusted to reflect the remaining items at their regular, non-discounted prices. Vessi does not offer price adjustments or price matching on previous purchases during limited time offers.
Terms & Conditions : Gift Certificate
Promotional offer is valid from November 20, 2025 (Black Friday Sale - VIP Early Access), through December 25, 2025, ending at 11:59 PM PT.
Gift certificates will be emailed to customers on January 5th by 12 pm PST. Gift certificates are redeemable for purchases made between January 5, 2026, and February 28, 2026, on orders of $80 or more, and can only be used at Vessi-owned retail locations and vessi.com. Gift certificates cannot be applied to products on pre-order, used to cover shipping fees, or to purchase gift cards. Items purchased with gift certificates are considered final sale and may only be exchanged, not returned. Gift certificates cannot be combined with any discount codes, redeemed for cash, used for other gift cards, or refunded. Each gift certificate is single-use only, and the full value must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any remaining balance will be void. The same email address as the original purchase must be used when redeeming the gift certificate. If a refund is issued for an order which provided a gift certificate during the offer period, the gift certificate will be automatically canceled. Any unused gift certificates will be automatically canceled after February 28, 2026.
