Vessi Ace Giveaway – Official Rules

By entering the Vessi Ace Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), you accept and agree to these Official Rules as well as the decisions of Vessi Footwear Inc. (“Sponsor”). You also agree to receive occasional marketing emails from Vessi.

RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. Internet access and a valid e‑mail address are required. By participating, you consent to the handling of your personal information in accordance with the privacy policies noted below.

ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Vessi Footwear Inc. and is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Paid partners and Vessi ambassadors are also ineligible. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each eligible participant (“Participant”) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it believes that the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes has been compromised.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on [August 1, 2025] at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 31 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time‑keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on August  31, 2025 to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period (the “Entry Period”), entrants must complete the following steps:

1. Land an Ace: The entrant must personally score a disc‑golf ace (hole‑in‑one). Only the profile owner may appear as the thrower in the video; entries featuring another person’s throw are not eligible.
   
   

2. Record the Shot: Film the entire ace from the throw to the disc landing in the basket. Unedited footage is preferred; videos that appear spliced or altered may be disqualified.
   
   

3. Post Publicly: Upload the video to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts during the Sweepstakes Period. The post and account must remain public through the end of the contest.
   
   

4. Tag & Hashtag: In the post caption, tag @vessi and include the hashtag #VessiAce so Sponsor can locate your entry. Wearing Vessi shoes is not required to participate.
   
   

5. Limit of One Entry Per Person Per Week: Each entrant may submit one qualifying ace video per week. Duplicate submissions or multiple posts of the same ace will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, or which otherwise subvert the entry process, are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
   
   

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) weekly winner will be selected at random by Sponsor on or about the Friday following each week during the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received for that week. Winners will be chosen at random; each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. Potential winners will be notified via direct message or comment through the platform on which the entry was submitted and must respond within five (5) business days. If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, fails to meet the eligibility criteria, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

Video Usage Rights:

By submitting your entry with the required tags, you explicitly consent and grant Vessi Footwear Inc. and its affiliates the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish your submitted video for promotional purposes—including on our landing pages, websites, social media channels, and marketing materials—without additional compensation, notification, or permission required beyond this agreement.

PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING

Four (4) prizes will be awarded, one per week, as follows:

• Week 1: One (1) pair of Stormburst Low Tops and one (1) Vessi Ace It disc.
  
  

• Week 2: One (1) pair of Stormburst Low Tops and one (1) Vessi Ace It disc.
  
  

• Week 3: One (1) pair of Stormburst High Tops, one (1) Vessi Ace It disc, and one (1) disc‑golf bag.
  
  

• Week 4 (Grand Prize): One (1) pair of Stormburst High Tops, one (1) Vessi Ace It disc, one (1) disc‑golf bag, and a set of Discraft® discs.
  
  

Prizes are non‑transferable and no cash substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable week of the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Weekly winners will be notified within one (1) week of selection via the social media platform used for entry. Winners must respond within five (5) business days and may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility and to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where permitted), and any tax‑related documentation as may be required by law. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting a prize, winners consent to have their names announced in Vessi’s social media posts and stories.

LIST OF WINNERS

For the names of the winners, send a self‑addressed, stamped envelope to: Vessi Footwear Inc., 1085 Homer Street, #500, Vancouver BC V6B 2X5. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other factor that may impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winners from among all eligible, non‑suspect entries received prior to the cancellation or in a manner deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

RELEASES

By participating, entrants agree, except in cases of Sponsor’s fraud or breach of these Official Rules and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. By accepting a prize, winners consent to be filmed or photographed and grant the Sponsor and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, distribute and display such recordings and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.

PRIVACY

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at vessi.com/pages/privacy-policy and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes consistent with the policy.

CHOICE OF LAW

These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

GENERAL

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and be construed in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent of the Sponsor. The failure of Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
