Yes. Every pair of Vessi sneakers uses our waterproof patented Dyma-tex™ technology to keep your feet 100% dry in rain, slush, and light snow while staying comfortable and breathable. Unlike other waterproof materials, our technology is directly integrated into the knit. It's engineered with thousands of nano-sized pores small enough to keep water out while letting sweat and heat escape. No harsh chemicals, coatings, or sprays here!

Keeping up with your pup on multiple walks a day requires shoes built for long hours and unexpected terrain. Vessi’s cushioned soles and lightweight construction are designed for exactly that.

Vessi shoes are breathable, and comfortable even without socks in warmer conditions. Thanks to our waterproof patented Dyma-tex™ technology directly integrated into the knit, water stays out while sweat and heat escape.

Vessi’s easy-to-clean knit uppers mean you can hose them down and get on with your day — no need to throw away a favourite pair of shoes over a muddy or messy walk.

Vessi shoes hold up well to hail and wet snow, allowing dog owners to take their dogs out for longer walks even during winter storms.

For professional dog walkers dealing with long hours, occasional sprints, and unexpected terrain, Vessi's Stormbursts (available in a high top and a low top) make getting out the door early in the morning or late at night a breeze. Starting with 100% waterproof and ending with rugged grip, you’ll be comfortable on the trails, walking the dogs or just out for coffee.

While we pride ourselves on creating long-lasting, high quality products, manufacturing defects can unfortunately occur.  

We want you and your Vessis to be together forever. That's why we’re pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on any shoe defects, and a 6-month warranty on accessory and apparel defects.

We do not, however, cover issues caused by:

  • Self-alterations 
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals 
  • Excessive wear and tear

Your Vessis not working out exactly how you hoped they would? No problem. We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

Here's how to ensure a smooth return/exchange:

  • Your items are unworn, undamaged. All tags must be on apparel and accessories, shoes must be in the original box.
  • Returns without the original shoebox (or if damaged) may be charged a $5 reboxing fee.
  • Due to sanitary issues laces, face masks, and socks can not be exchanged or returned.
  • Free returns/exchanges do not apply to orders outside North America. Shipping fees apply.
  • Some shoes marked as final sale may be ineligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The shoebox must be clear of tape and additional writing.

  • An exchange request doesn't guarantee the product. If it's unavailable, we'll let you know.
  • Returns without original shoebox or damaged packaging may incur an additional $5 restocking fee. Please do not tape or write on box.
  • Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable nor exchangeable
  • Orders from countries outside North America will be responsible for any additional shipping and duty fees.
  • After an exchange is made twice on the same order, the third order will be considered a final sale. This means no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Size guide measurement

Step 1: Step on a piece of paper with you heel slightly touching a wall behind

Step 2: Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper and measure from the wall to the marking.

Step 3: Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements with our size chart to get the right size.
