FAQ

What size should I get?

Vessis are designed to give you a sock like fit. After a few wears, the material relaxes and contours to the shape of your foot, giving you a personalized fit! The most important thing to look for is the length of your toes.

Full Size = Pick your exact size. Vessis fit true to size

  • ex. Size 7 = Size 7
  • ex. Size 8 = Size 8

Half Size = Size up

  • ex. Size 7.5 = Size 8

Delivery Time?

We do our best to provide the most accurate shipping estimates possible. However, estimated shipping times are not guaranteed, and may vary due to high volumes of orders, unforeseen delays on the couriers, and busy holiday seasons. Please keep in mind that our shipping estimates are based on typical shipping timelines.

What is your RETURN POLICY?

We offer 90 day exchanges and returns for unworn and in new condition items. North American customers are eligible for free returns shipping costs.

Warranty policy?

How long will it be waterproof for?

We designed Vessis to be waterproof for the lifespan of your shoes. However sharp objects and Vessis don't mix well!

Best shoes ever!

My wife bought a pair and talked me into it. All I can say is : wow!

Honestly, if you live on the west coast you will be in love as well. Was just up at Apex, didn't bring my snow boots, just these. Wet snow? No problem. They also start forming to your feet , so comfy. Get some!

I’m impressed

I decided to use Vessi the first time today! Kinda hesitated at first since today the street where I’m living is so dirty and full of puddles. Usually I will try to stay away from walking into the puddle since I don’t want to have a soaked socks when I come home! And I’m impressed with Vessi Weekend today. It is very lightweight, feel very comfortable, best of all, I have never feel this confident when walking through the street full of melting snow and puddles before! Great job team! All the waiting and penny is worth it!
